This is a simple, but impressive AND delicious recipe! Under 15 minutes and it’s dinner party worthy! You’ll need:

1 Packet of Smoked Salmon
1 Packet of Prawns
1 tablespoon Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Creme fraiche
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 Chopped Avocado
A handful of Spinach
A slice of bread
1 tablespoon of Chives
1 tablespoon of Dill

  1. Finely chop smoked salmon, add to a bowl and set aside

  2. In a separate bowl add pre-cooked prawns/shrimps, cream cheese, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, chives, dill, salt and pepper, set aside

  3. Add bread to the toaster

  4. Once toasted, stamp out a circle base from the toast

  5. Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and add the circle base on top of the leaves

  6. Place the circular mould over the toast (I used a cut out tin)

  7. Start by layering the chopped salmon first, press down on it firmly so that later when you pull out the mould it stays together

  8. Squeeze lemon over the salmon

  9. Then add a layer of prawns, press down firmly

  10. A layer of chopped tomatoes, press down firmly

  11. A layer of salmon again, press down firmly

  12. Another squeeze of lemon

  13. And another layer of prawns, press down firmly

  14. place sliced avocado on top

  15. Then press down on top of the stack and lift out the mould

  16. Finish off with salt, pepper and squeeze of lemon

  17. And enjoy!
